About the homing process

While puppies can be secured now, they won’t be ready to head to their new homes until they reach 8 weeks of age. This ensures they’ve had the time they need with their mum and littermates before transitioning into family life.

Those first few weeks are incredibly important for development. Staying with their mum allows puppies to receive essential nutrients and antibodies through feeding, helping to build a strong immune system.

It’s also a critical time for social development, where they begin to learn confidence, behaviour, and interaction through time with their littermates.

Raised on a lifestyle property in Franklin, Auckland, our puppies enjoy plenty of space, fresh air, and natural surroundings, supporting their development into confident, well-adjusted companions.

All breeding parents are DNA tested prior to breeding to help ensure healthy outcomes and provide added peace of mind around genetic health. Each puppy is closely monitored throughout their early weeks to ensure they are thriving and developing well.

Before heading to their forever homes, all CavoodleHub puppies receive a full veterinary health check and their first vaccinated, their next vaccination is due 4 week after their first. You will receive a vaccination book with the puppy.

Puppies will have been wormed every two weeks until you get them to ensure they leave us happy, healthy, and well prepared for family life.

To help keep our puppies safe and minimise any risk of exposure during their early weeks, we limit visits while they are still very young.

Viewings can be arranged when the pups are a bit older, so you can meet and choose your puppy.

From the moment we first got in touch, the whole experience was fantastic. Our enquiry was answered quickly, communication was always prompt, and we felt well supported throughout the process. Her practical, experience-based advice was most welcomed, which helped cut through the noise of the often conflicting advice we were finding online. When we brought our cavoodle home, he settled in almost immediately. He was already incredibly well natured, confident and relaxed, and it was obvious he had been given a great start in life. He picked up toilet training and crate training remarkably quickly, which made the transition into our home so much easier. We couldn’t be happier with our puppy or the support we received, and we’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a well-bred, well-socialised cavoodle.

Our cavoodle is doing really good and enjoying his time with kids. He has been really happy from first day. Just cries to play as soon as he wakes up. He uses playpen as house. Once he gets tired he walks himself for a nap in there. We really love him. He has the right personality for our family. Thank you for such a great pet for our house.
